An introductory workshop on self awareness, including meditation techniques, learning to sense your own aura and learning to work physically.

The workshop will cover:

This workshop is all about chakra balancing and dowsing foods to see what your body needs.

We will cover:

• The principles of dowsing using a pendulum
• Chakra balancing
• Dowsing food, combination of foods and supplements
• Dowsing bach remedies and how you can use them to heal you through your subtle body energies.

The workshop will cover:

• Learning and understanding the principals of using dowsing rods
• Practical experience of using dowsing rods
• Learning and understanding the principal of using a pendulum
• Practical experience of using a pendulum
• We will experiment with the use of dowsing rods with maps, for ley lines, ghosts and earth energies such as geographic stress. Also how to dowse to get answers to questions and dowsing for health using a pendulum.
