This is a week designed to cater for all levels of ability and to touch on all aspects of mediumship and psychic work. We will use art as a focus for the mind and colour as a means of communication with the spirit world. We will work inspirationally to improve our ability to receive accurate information and to prove survival and we will draw the faces of those we are aware of in the spirit world. (No drawing ability necessary) We will work with sound to open and connect through our clairaudience. We will use drumming as a way of bringing the mind into harmony and balance and there will be enough drums so that each student will have the time to blend and work with the same drum throughout the week. February 4th to 6th EXPLORING TRANCE AND TRANCE HEALING with Sarah Tyler Walters
Friday 4th February - Short talk about Trance Mediumship followed by a demonstration of Trance Mediumship. Time - 20 minutes maximum for the talk. 60-90 minutes for the demonstration.
Saturday 5th February & Sunday 6th February - Course covering both trance mediumship and trance healing. There will be theory, discussion and practical experience.
Biography : Sarah Tyler-Walters is a trance medium, trance healer, spiritual teacher and coach. She gives demonstration of trance mediumship, trance sittings, runs development circles and workshops on trance, spirit and energy and is a Tutor and Sensitive at The College of Psychic Studies.
Course Description : Exploring Trance and Trance Healing
This course aims to give you an understanding of your potential to work in the altered state and the direction this work might take for Spirit. We will be looking at the mechanics of trance mediumship and the preparation of self. As we are all unique, over the weekend we will look at various techniques for entering the altered state and allowing Spirit to blend with us, so there is a method for everyone. Trance mediumship has many levels and layers and it is about finding yours and your guides perfect combination. Trance healing is a new and exciting application of trance work and one Spirit are keen to do more of, so this weekend we will also have an introduction into this way of working and its potential for the future. Demonstration Description :Demonstration of Trance Mediumship
Tonight Sarah will give a short talk on trance mediumship and give the audience a deeper understanding into its purpose and potential. This will be followed by a demonstration of trance mediumship where Sarah will allow her guide Master Chou to step forward and speak to the audience. Master Chou is wise and knowledgeable Spirit who enjoys engaging the audience in conversation. He will accept questions from the audience on spiritual topics or personal issues. Trance Sittings Description : They are generally for one hour and recorded on tape.
During a trance sitting my guide Master Chou will step forward and have a conversation with you. This can be regarding personal or spiritual issues in your life a t this time. Salsa Today uses Social Dancing with different rhythms such Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Chacha, Samba, Lambada and others to promote exercise, weight loss, social interaction and integration and stress relieve within communities and individuals. The way that we have produced our class programme creates the precise atmosphere and enjoyment that keep people interested in taken the classes and keep going with this the activity.
We have been working in the creation of this programme for the last 3 years, observing people behaviour when they are in our classes executing the steps and listening to different rhythms and for this reason we have acquired the adequate knowledge in order to maintain people going with this activity and having the benefits that it produces in individuals.
We have an excellent group of dancing tutors trained in our class programme that have been working and performing with us for the last 2 years. Therefore we account with the correct assistance in order to develop this project around several communities.
