Open Day 2006
Hafan Y Coed Spiritual
Centre/Retreat held its first open day on Sunday 27th August 2006.
It was arranged to promote
the Centre's residential courses on various topics such as Mediumship, Trance,
Angels and Guides and even Ghost Hunting and also to generate awareness in the
local South Wales Community.
The sun was shining and the
turnout was good, especially considering the many events held in South Wales
over this bank holiday weekend.
Molly Clay, John Stephenson
and Cheryl Evans from London/Kent were kept mega busy all day, giving up their
valuable time providing tarot, crystal ball psychic and angel readings to over
30 of the visitors. In fact over 300 people attended The open day and regular
Sunday boot sale held at the centre, (April-September) – Thank you all for
attending.
Visitors were able to obtain
tea, coffee and snacks from the canteen, and the day went so well, that a
further open day is planned for Easter Sunday 2007.
A history of the premises at
Hafan Y Coed is partially complete, and the old photos etc were on display.
There are still gaps in our knowledge however, and further information is
required from the past, when it was a Boy’s Club and an Outdoor Pursuit Centre
and originally a farm. Anybody out there has any information please call Sandra
on 01639 730985.

Spiritual Centres such as

Hi all there at Hafan-y-coed.
I just wanted to say thanks for a great week, where I was the Tutor covering a weekend of Paranormal covering also EVP, also the Intense and Practical Mediumship week.
I love teaching at this beautiful temple of light, nothing was too much bother for you all.
I know all the students enjoyed themselves and many are returning later this year and next year so can’t be bad.
I must say what a breath of fresh air Steve and Sandra bring and thanks goes to Maggs for that scrumptious food.
It really makes it easy when the troops are well fed and cared for.
I am really looking forward to my next visit where I am teaching
Basic / Intermediate Mediumship, so love to you all and keep up the good work.
